WWE'S THE UNDERTAKER GETS SCATHING RETURN CHALLENGE AS 'DEADMAN' BY MULTI-FACETED CELEBRITY AND UNDEFEATED BOXER, TRAINED BY GREAT UNCLE KILLER KOWALSKI

WWE'S THE UNDERTAKER GETS SCATHING RETURN CHALLENGE AS 'DEADMAN' BY MULTI-FACETED CELEBRITY AND UNDEFEATED BOXER, TRAINED BY GREAT UNCLE KILLER KOWALSKI: MARC MYSTERIO

Marc Mysterio announces retirement from music business and walks away from undefeated boxing career to return to 'family business' of Pro Wrestling, joined by Legendary Boxing Trainer Gabriel Sarmiento who enters the world of Pro Wrestling as Marc's confidant and manager, and challeged WWE Legend, The Undertaker, to "go to Death Valley and find your hat, coat, gloves. I want 'The Deadman' first." notes Mysterio. This follows their cordial 2+ hour pub meeting in Rossio, Lisbon, Portugal in December of 2023, together with Undertaker's wife Michelle McCool, when Marc's 'The Dancefloor' with Flo Rida was on US Billboards, and a megafight vs. Jake Paul was sanctioned by the IBA for its Super Cruiserweight Belt. Mysterio, while leaving music, shares a common friend in Taylor Swift in Wrestling Legend Jeff Jarrett, is a Multi-Platinum Artist, Composer, and Producer.

Pardu Productions can exclusively report that Marc Mysterio has officiallyretired from both the music and boxing business this morning to return to the family business of Professional Wrestling, "I'm done with music, boxing and those crap industries. Call it retirement or whatever, that’s my story, and I’m sticking to it!"

Marc Mysterio declared today as he officially announced his retirement from music and professional boxing (Pro: 3-0, 2 KOs; Amateur: 10-0, 1 No Contest) to return to the family business of Pro Wrestling, trained as a teen and young adult by Great Uncle Walter Kowalski. Marc's Boxing Trainer is the legendary 2010 WBC Trainer of the Year, Argentinian Gabriel "Gabby" Sarmiento—who led fellow countryman Sergio Martinez to Middleweight Ali-esque legendary status, alongside 2026 World Cup champion Spain’s own two-weight world champion Kiko Martínez, will follow him to the ‘squared circle’ as his ‘Ringside Advisor’.

Marc carries the proud credentials of being the grand-nephew and trainee of WWE Hall of Famer "Walter" Killer Kowalski (who also trained Triple H, Kofi Kingston, Big John Studd, and others), the first man to bodyslam André the Giant.

Rooted in the brutal, legitimate catch-as-catch-can fundamentals passed down from Kowalski's own mentor—inaugural NWA Champion and legendary shootfighter Lou Thesz—Walter's old-school training ground forged apprentices who commanded immediate, universal respect, most notably, Triple H. Bringing that lethal lineage back to the forefront, Mysterio declared:

"I need to go back and fulfill the dream when I started with classmates (Current WWE's Head Trainer) Matt Bloom, TNA Champion Frankie Kazarian, and Damian Sandow in Walter's School in Malden, Massachusetts, on Pleasant St. — to bring back 'The Deadman' The Undertaker one last time."

At the epicenter of this violent evolution stands a groundbreaking dynamic breaking new ground in sports entertainment history: WWE main roster ring announcer Alicia Taylor.

Sharing a 20-year history with Mysterio that dates back to co-writing and collaborating during Taylor's tenure with the major-label band Lillix (Maverick/Warner Bros.)—including their standout track "DYKWK"—Taylor occupies a unique, unshakeable role: can she prevent the Marc Mysterio heel turn…

While Sarmiento urges Mysterio to cross every ethical boundary—famously noting that “Alicia has a chair ready she sits on that I might have to borrow for Marc to test out on Undertaker”—Taylor uses two decades of shared history to fight for his soul, creating a tense, unprecedented narrative tension where a ring announcer's intervention could dictate whether Mysterio achieves redemption or burns his legacy to ash.

However, Mysterio admits the match is not a done deal yet, noting that the challenge is strictly subject to contract.

"There will be paperwork to do, as I am not on the WWE roster yet, but look at my newest pics on X; I'm ready now, chair or not," Mysterio concedes. "WWE Czar Nick Khan has my number from his agent days working with ESPN hosts, and Gabriel Sarmiento will continue as my manager—a package deal."

Has Marc Mysterio become so bitter he would potentially disrespect a friend he just had beers with—together with his wife Michelle—for hours in Europe just three years ago? Or is this Gabriel Sarmiento's plan, and how will his transition from legendary boxing coach of Sergio Martinez work in professional wrestling?

"A fight is a fight. We use the rules they give us; what the referee doesn't see, he can't call," notes Gabby.

Will Mark Calaway don the Deadman's hat one more time to defend his honor?

Can Alicia Taylor successfully bridge their 20-year musical history to act as his Miss Elizabeth, pulling him back from the edge of absolute darkness before Sarmiento completes his descent into a full-blown heel monster?

"I’m unstoppable! That’s my story! And I’m sticking to it," concludes the Irish-Canadian.

Further details regarding Mysterio's official television debut and contract status are expected to be released in the upcoming weeks. Stay tuned to parduproductions.com for the latest on this epic breaking story.

Micro-DSP EDM-Focused Traxsource sued over alleged faulty “AI-Dectection” in Federal Court alleged as”Fyre Festival” sheme to drive PR via DJ Mag

Being one of the few Independant Irish Film Makers and Cinematographers, and I guarantee the only one that has drifted in to the world of EV Retrofit Inventions and Patents, we are all huge music fans here.

I overheard a coversation from the DJ at a pub that a fellow Irishman named HeyMann Dubois, a Berklee Music School Alum, had his entire catalog marked as “AI ASSISTED”? Dubois’ response, paid a visit to Deezer HQ in Paris, one of the top DSPs globally and recognized for its industry standard AI Detection method and actually got a meeting with the Legal Director for Deezer!

Quite impressive for a man who emerged from obscurity to land support from Top DJs such as Tiesto, Don Diablo, Joachim Garraud, Tocadisco, and has now moved in to more of a crosover sound hitting the radio with his back to back summer rcover/remix releases of the ATB & Robert Miles Classics: “Children 2k26” and “9pm”, as well as his debut, which amassed a score on Inflyte of over 93M Potential Audience based on the DJs social media followings that supported his track, “St. Patrick”.

HeyMann Dubois in Montpellier, France

Thereafter, court records show that Deezer confirmed that none of his tracks have been tagged “AI Assisted”. In a recent case that has shook the coldface of the music world, Albert v. Distrokid, in US District Court Southern District of New York found that the artist can indeed pull an end around an uncooperative label or distributor and sue the DSP (i.e., Amazon Music, Spotify, Apple, Deezer) directly on two grounds:

The second one is conscience shocking: Judge Failla found Irish Musician Marc Mysterio (legal name Marcel Albert) to be a third party beneficiary of the direct Distrokid-Amazon Music Distribution Licensing deal and allowed him to move forward on a Breach of Contract for Good Faith and Fair Dealing.

In Dicta, which means the court is thinking out loud for future judges to review if a similar circumstance arrives at their desk, so to speak, that the so-called “Exculpatory Clause” — you know, the ones that say you waive all your rights to breathe air and use toilets at public train stations for free (I just paid a quid to take a leak in Europe recently, does the ECHR mean anything anymore, or we just worried about unfastenable botttlecaps whilst people’s lives are ruined with a criminal record for taking a leak outside as they only have plastic on them and no coins. EU Lawyers: Please someone sue one of these governments and end this practice? Pardu Productions is all for watering the plants and green energy, but this is beyond us) !

In summary, this could be the end of the beginning as for the death neil of the pay as you go music distribution since most majors have 1-3 year deals with these sorts of companies, and nearly all of them will be subject to this new law. The Judge (Failla, appointed by President Obama) made this footnote comment out of the blue as if to foreshadow something on the horizon, quite amazingly over a 40 page opinion at that!

Anyhow, we reached out to HeyMann Dubois via LinkedIN and asked if he’d comment on the suit, “No amount of money can replace your integrity. I spent 5 years of my life, had a blast in Boston whilst at Berklee, but I lost people close to me back home who passed suddenly. What’s incrdible is that Vice Magazine, as I note in my lawsuit, starting scanning every release for AI starting January 1 of this year (2026 for those who find this article in a time capsule in the year 3232 on Planet Melmec with Preisdent Alf), and DJ Mag promotes this minor DSP that nobody gives a shit about outside of their croonies.

I politely asked DJ Mag to remove the article and provided the Deezer evidence and was shot down, and quite abruptly I might add stating, “Our article does not identify you or your recordings. It simply reported Traxsource’s public announcement, which was covered in similar terms by other publications. It did not endorse or certify the system.” so has DJ Mag gone from advancement of the electronic music scene to a news aggregator or is this just sloppy journalism?

I have met, like and respect the sense of humor of DJ Mag’s Editor in Chief Carl Loben, but to not even make an effort to look over forensic test results, if any were even done, on this non-industry forensic grade, or failing to meet the ‘Daubert’ standard which is the US standard for forensics to be admitted or not, and be so deliberately indifferent to the downstream effect of reposting an article raises a lot of questions:

Is DJ Mag even a member of the media and entitled to protections as such, or are they simply a promoter of events, DJs, Labels, etc. that call their publication a magazine, but is it really?

Or, is it just a promotional advertisement for their own events where they sell tickets at extreme prices, pricing out many true EDM Fans.

I’ve enquired with my US-Based Counsel advising me if, in fact, DJ Mag is not a media member by the letter of the law. They are under new management, Mr. James Edward Robertson on 1 July 2026 just was named director. So perhaps they will finally just come out and admit, as WWF did in the late 1980s where they bought 1-2 hour segments on weekends to show their ‘programs’, namely WWF Wrestling Challenge and Superstars of Wrestling to promote their non-stop touring and PPVs such as Wrestlemania and Summerslam.

But it begs the question, Carl Loben can get a job anywhere he pleases. Why is he sticking around in this mess where they are actively destroying the culture they helped build…

Moreover, I checked out on Companies House DJ Mag’s parent or registered company of: Thrust Publishing Ltd (Company number 06825394), Unit 3, 30-40 Underwood Street, London, N1 7JQ, United Kingdom. Ironically, Hsbc UK Bank PLC lodged a “Charge code 0682 5394 0001 Created 3 September 2021 Delivered 6 September 2021 Status Outstanding

There is more to the story and perhaps we might need some time and court proceedings, with apologies to Loben, to flush it out.

Carl, we all know that today’s DJ Mag is not what you had in mind when you started lifetimes ago. Let’s hope they have a change of heart, I’ll keep you updated and emailed: Bob Sinclar, David Guetta, Chris Brown, Zara Larsson and others about the situation whilst others have reached out to make music. I want to spend the next 20 years in studio, not in court.

But, if it means rooting out the bad actors first to make that possible, and we will soon learn the real truth once Carl gets back, so be it,”" HeyMann Dubois concludes hiis statement.

The case number for Dubois v. Traxsource is 26-cv-61994 with US District Judge Raag Singhal presding. We reached out to Traxsource but got no reply as of time of publication.

"Opinions and statements expressed in interviews are those of the individuals making them and do not necessarily reflect the views or positions of this blog. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or validity of any statements made by interviewees and assume no liability for them.

To end on a positive note, Dubois has pledged to donate the proceeds from the streaming royalties of his cover/remix of Robert Miles ‘Children’ to various Italian Charities that exclusively work to help kids with cancer. “For me, some say Darude, you can’t really argue with it either way, the best instrumental house artist was Robert Miles. He left this world too soon due to cancer. We can find a vaccine for COVID and EBOLA in months but not for Cancer. I am doing my part to honor his memory in a way that he’s likely smiling down from heaven even if he thinks his version is better,” Dubois concluded with a big smile and laugh on our Teams Call.

“Children 2k26” by HeyMann Dubois has a street date of this Friday, 14 August 2026.

Street Date: This Friday - August 14th !
