Pardu Feature: Marc Mysterio Says Bret Hart’s Father Predicted His Rise After 1993 Survivor Series

Kowalski’s grand-nephew says Stu Hart told his grandfather at North Station that “Walter’s boy is coming.” He wants Name vs. Name with Dominik Mysterio. Loser drops the name.

After Survivor Series 1993 at the Boston Garden, Bret Hart’s father walked into North Station and told Marc Mysterio’s grandfather that Walter’s boy was coming.

Mysterio is that boy.

The Irish-Canadian multi-platinum artist and undefeated boxer — 83 million Amazon Music streams, Netflix’s “Trailer Park Boys,” cousin of Anderson Cooper — was trained as a teenager in Malden, Massachusetts, by his great-uncle, WWE Hall of Famer Walter “Killer” Kowalski, in the same class as Frankie Kazarian.

He wants a winner-take-all match with WWE’s Dominik Mysterio. Loser drops the Mysterio name. Winner keeps it. No match has been announced.

“And Bayley — my mom would love Bayley,” Mysterio said. “She’s Malden material. Tough, loyal, the kind you bring home. I’m taking the Mysterio name and maybe I’ll bring Bayley home for dinner after.”
